Join me at Wonder Yoga for this second portion of ongoing discussion on yoga philosophy. Some of the materials from the last session may be covered as a refresher for those who attended and an introduction for those who missed the first session.
We will continue to slowly unpack yoga philosophy in an organic way, following our conversation wherever it might take us. We will place yoga within its proper historical context and continue to learn the practical ways in which it can be practiced in a modern day setting. We will begin with a short asana practice and end with a short meditation. All levels welcome, though all are encouraged to become somewhat familiar with the basic content of the Yoga Sutras beforehand. Bring a journal and a pen. It is also recommended to bring one or more copies of the Yoga Sutras.
